Can I bring forward my leave balance?

As per our current policy, employees are allowed to bring forward in total of 4 days of unutilized leave to next year. Any additional leave beyond the limit allowed, is subjected to Management discretion.

At the end of year, HR will do a final calculation of your leave balance. Employees are highly recommended to use their leave or get their superiors to approve their leave application before the calculation exercise is made, to avoid inaccuracy.

Other leave type including Replacement leave, cannot be brought-forward.
