Can I claim on item, subscription, services that I purchased by myself?

Before you make any purchase, please refer to the relevant policies to understand the terms and process involved.

For IT related item/subscription/service purchases, please submit your request to HR to see if the items/subscription/service is already available internally by using IT Asset Requisition Form.

In the event, where the company is unable to fulfill the request, you may require consent from HR to allow you to purchase the item/subscription/services elsewhere.

The company will not entertain any reimbursement request for any purchases that does not have any consent or pre-approval by HR.
