Here’s what you need to know regarding our Medical Outpatient Claim & Benefits!
Process: Our outpatient claims are managed on a Pay & Claim basis. This means you can claim outpatient expenses incurred up to RM1,000.00 per annum. Please note, this entitlement is a shared limit per family.
Choice of Clinic: We have not appointed any Panel Clinics. Therefore, you may seek medical treatment at any preferred clinic with a registered doctor.
Proration: The outpatient entitlement will be prorated for employees who have served less than a year, including those serving notice of resignation.
Below are the general processes and guidelines for employees reference.

WHAT ARE THE THINGS COVERED UNDER THIS BENEFIT?
| GENERAL SICKNESS All types of sickness that only requires treatment from registered doctors. | DENTAL All dental treatments, except those that are cosmetic in nature (i.e. braces, whitening, implants) *Subject to available balance | HEALTH CHECKUP From full medical checkup to specific health examination such as Heart Screening. *Subject to available balance |
| MENTAL HEALTH All type of mental health therapy including counseling, psychotherapy and more. *Subject to available balance | OPTICAL All optical treatment & purchase of eye sight support tools such as glasses and contact lenses. Not applicable to sunglasses. *Subject to available balance | SPECIALIST For specific illness that requires specialized treatment (i.e. dermatology, physiotherapy, chiropractic). Not applicable to treatment for cosmetic enhancement. *Subject to available balance |
| MEDICAL EQUIPMENT Employees are allowed to purchase any medical equipment to support their medical conditions based on a doctor’s recommendation. This includes items such as wheelchairs, neck supports, and similar equipment. *Subject to available balance |
