We’re excited to inform you about the eTiQa+ Mobile App, which is now available to assist you with all in-patient and hospitalization matters. This app will be essential for accessing healthcare benefits, including claim submissions, admission and discharge processes, and real-time Guarantee Letter (GL) status.

How to Download?

Follow these steps to get started. Our Company Policy/Certificate Number is TXME000526.

Step 1
➡️ Download the eTiQa+ app from the App Store, Play Store, or Huawei App Gallery.
➡️ Tap Login to enter the login page. If you’re a first-time user, select Create an account to set up your profile.

Step 2
➡️ Set up your username, password, and secret word for login.
➡️ Verify your email and log in with your new credentials.

Step 3
➡️ Select the Healthcare icon in the app and enter our company Policy/Certificate Number > TXME000526
➡️ Once validated, you can explore the Healthcare Module.
