Dear Employees,

With reference to the above matter, please be informed that we will implement adjusted working hours for all employees during the upcoming Ramadan fasting month.

EXISTING WORK HOURS	ADJUSTED WORK HOURS
9:30 am to 6:30 pm Lunch Break: 1 hour	8:30 am to 4:30 pm Lunch Break: 0.5 hour

On an additional note, we also offer flexibility for all teams to manage their work schedules. Non-Muslim colleagues will also adhere to the revised work schedule during this period.

📌Additional Considerations:
▪️Employees requiring further flexibility are encouraged to discuss alternative work arrangements with their supervisors.
▪️Meetings and deadlines should be scheduled considerately to ensure inclusivity and efficiency.
