Temporary Working Hours for Ramadan 2026 🌙

Dear All,

With the upcoming Ramadan fasting month, we will be adjusting our working hours to help employees manage work and fasting more comfortably, while keeping our operations running smoothly.

Revised Working Hours (Ramadan 2026):

Existing Hours	Adjusted Hours (Ramadan)
9:30 am – 6:30 pm	8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Lunch Break: 1 hour	Lunch Break: 30 minutes

Important Notes:

• To maintain team cohesion, these revised hours apply to all employees, including non-Muslim colleagues.
• This schedule applies to all employees across regional offices including Indonesia, subject to time zone differentiations.
• While the standard hours are listed above, department heads have the flexibility to manage specific team schedules to meet unique operational needs.
• If you require alternative arrangements beyond the adjusted schedule, please discuss them directly with your immediate supervisor.
• We encourage everyone to be mindful when scheduling meetings and deadlines. Please aim for earlier in the day to ensure inclusivity and peak productivity.
