Notice on Additional Public Holiday: 15 September 2025

Dear All,

Following the announcement made by the Prime Minister on 23 July 2025, please be informed that Monday, 15 September 2025 has been declared as an additional public holiday in conjunction with the Malaysia Day celebration.

Key Points to Note

• This public holiday is compulsory under the Employment Act 1955, Sabah Labour Ordinance, Sarawak Labour Ordinance, and the Holidays Act 1951.
  
• All employees, including full-time, part-time, contract, and foreign employees, are entitled to this holiday.
  

Important Reminders

• This additional public holiday must be observed even if it is not listed in the company’s original annual public holiday schedule.
  
• Employees who had applied for annual leave on 15 September 2025 will have the leave credited back into their balance.
  

We encourage all employees to take this opportunity to rest, recharge, and spend time with family and friends ahead of Malaysia Day on 16 September.
