Final Call: Submit Your HR Benefits Claims by 31st December 2024!

As we approach the end of 2024, we would like to remind all employees to submit their HR Benefits claims for the current year via the Info-Tech system. To ensure your claims are processed in time, please submit them no later than 31st December 2024.

Types of Claims Available:

▪️Medical Outpatient: Coverage: RM1,000 per annum (General Sickness, Dental, Optical, Medical Support Equipment, Mental Health, Health Check-Up and Specialist).

▪️Remote Working Equipment: Coverage: RM150 per annum (for a Chair only).

▪️Gym Membership: RM100 per month.

How to Submit Your Claims:

▪️Log in to the Info-Tech system with your credentials.
▪️Navigate to the Claims section.
▪️Select the relevant benefits category and fill in the required details.
▪️Attach the necessary supporting documents as per the claim type.
▪️Submit your claim for review.

Key Reminder:

Claims submitted after 31st December 2024 will not be entertained. Please ensure all claims are submitted accurately and on time to avoid any delays. Late submissions will not be entertained.
