2. Farewell to Amanda: With mixed emotions, we bid farewell to Amanda, our esteemed Group COO, who has decided to pursue new opportunities. We express our deepest gratitude for her contributions and wish her the very best in her future endeavors.

Expectations for 2024:

1. IPO Target and Employee Rewards: Our ambitious goal for 2025 is to embark on the IPO journey. Upon successful IPO, every employee will be rewarded with shares and bonuses, recognizing your crucial role in our collective success.
2. Challenges and Transformation: The path to IPO will undoubtedly be tough and challenging. The next two years will require us to embrace change wholeheartedly. Our CEO emphasizes that maintaining the status quo will hinder our progress; hence, we must be prepared for transformative shifts, including stricter processes and higher compliance standards.
3. Transition to a Sports Team Mentality: We are evolving from a familial approach to a sports team mentality. Every member plays a critical role, and high performance is key. We must demand the best from ourselves to achieve our company targets.
4. New KPIs and Incentives: New key performance indicators (KPIs) and incentives are on the horizon. In the coming months, expect the introduction of performance-driven strategies and a client-focused approach. Our new target is to achieve at least 2,000 successful transactions.
5. Organizational Changes and Appointments: Anticipate more changes, including new appointments. As we gear up for the IPO journey, more individuals will step up to assume higher and crucial roles, contributing to our readiness for this significant milestone.
