AirAsia has soared to new heights as it has become the first airline to provide all its employees (also known as Allstars), including gig workers, with an exclusive benefit that empowers them with financial education and the opportunity to become property owners.

The world’s best low-cost airline recently partnered with FAR Capital, a prop-tech company, to enhance financial literacy and enable property ownership for its Allstars.

This partnership will give Allstars access to various services FAR Capital offers for free, including financial screening, financial education classes, debt consolidation, and special discounts on property purchases.

Faizul Ridzuan, Chief Executive Officer of FAR Capital, believes that the partnership will improve the livelihoods of its Allstars and serve as an exemplary model for other companies.
