As Group HR (or also known as People Management Team), we are responsible to support the organization and its employees in various aspects of human resources management. This includes recruitment, selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations and all other related aspects pertaining to employees.

Our vision is to create a work environment where all employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their personal and professional goals. This includes promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and fostering a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.

Our mission is to ensure that the organization attracts, retains, and develops the best talent, and that employees are motivated and engaged in their work. We aim to achieve this by providing high-quality HR services, promoting employee well-being and work-life balance, and continuously improving HR policies and practices to meet the evolving needs of the organization and its workforce.
