Our employee medical benefit consists of 4 categories:

  • Outpatient
  • Inpatient / Hospitalization
  • Specialist
  • Others
  1. Outpatient

Employees and their dependents can seek treatment to any preferred private or government clinic. The coverage is under ‘pay & claim’ basis. Employees need to pay first and claim back to company through our HRMS. Click here to access the system.

2. Inpatient / Hospitalization

Our Inpatient benefit are covered under our 3rd party provider. Employees and their dependents who are sick and required to be admitted to hospital must follow the steps below:

  • Seek treatment from clinic & get a referral letter from the doctor.
  • Identify any nearest panel hospital (Refer to list of panel hospital).
  • Contact our medical insurance provider prior admission for GL issuance.
  • For emergency case, kindly proceed to nearest hospital. Contact our insurance provider to issue GL or get the hospital admission officer to contact on behalf.
  • Please ensure to bring NRIC.
  • Once GL is issued, please proceed with admission.

We are currently using Great Eastern as our medical & insurance provider. Use the App provided or contact the hotline number given.

3. Specialist

Employees who are needed to seek a treatment from a doctor or institution (medically recognized & registered) for a specific illnesses, they can go to any clinic or specialist centre. This is to treat illness or injury. Not for cosmetic or physical enhancement purposes.

Similarly to Outpatient, the payment is based on ‘Pay & Claim’ basis, and to be claimed under HRMS.

This part extendable to dental, optical, dermatology and other medical areas.

4. Others

In 2023, the company has extended the medical benefit to cover other kind of expenses. This includes, purchasing of medical support equipment and seeking treatment or consultation for mental health issues (i.e. counselling, psychiatry). To claim for this, employees are required to make the purchase and claim back to the company using the HRMS.
