When Shauqi joined FAR Capital in 2021, he had no property, minimal savings, and little financial knowledge. Like many, he was just starting to figure things out.

Today, as a Success Manager for the Foreign Income segment, he helps Malaysians earning abroad navigate their property journey with confidence. Along the way, he’s built his own property portfolio, grown his savings, and achieved goals he once thought were out of reach.

One of his proudest moments? Being able to consistently support his parents financially—including contributing to their Hajj journey, something he once only dreamed of.

Faizah, a UTP graduate in Business Information System, began her career in the banking industry's loan department. After seven years, she found greater fulfillment in a new career and transitioned to selling insurance and investment products. Her passion lies in helping people manage their personal finances, and prior to joining FAR Capital, she extensively trained individuals in effective debt management.

She joined FAR Capital in 2020 as part of the Client Relation Team, arriving with the batch that started during the pandemic in March of that year. Faizah has been instrumental in driving the DC Team, a role she continues to fulfill today. As a licensed Financial Planner, she actively provides financial advice and knowledge to both staff and clients. She is now frequently invited to give financial talks at colleges and universities.

Zack Lee joined FAR Capital in July 2021 as an Apprentice, transitioning from his previous role as a property agent. His primary motivations were to enhance his life savings, accumulate funds for his newborn son's future education, and establish a robust retirement plan for himself and his wife.

By January 2022, Zack was offered a permanent position in the Screening Team, accompanied by an improved salary. He also became a proficient user in the Integromat Learning Programme (now known as MAKE), where he was tasked with developing an automated system for the Screening Team.

In addition to his work, Zack actively participated in the Hustle Income initiative. He emerged as one of the top hustlers, successfully acquiring new clients, which allowed him to earn an additional RM2,000-5,000 per month on top of his regular salary.

Najiha, a Counselling graduate from UMS, found her calling in helping individuals integrate into society. Her journey at Wetopia began as a Helpline Executive, progressing to the Hustlers Team. In 2020, her talent led her to a new role as an event coordinator and content creator for Wetopia. Despite lacking prior marketing experience, she diligently learned and received guidance from her team.

Her career flourished as she significantly boosted Wetopia's digital brand presence, contributing alongside her team to the company's success. This impactful journey has now brought her to her current position as a Campaign Manager for Wetopia, within the Marketing Team.
